Our mission is to inspire health, discipline, and perseverance through the art of Taekwondo. We empower youth and families to build strong bodies, focused minds, and resilient spirits
As a 501(c)(3) nonprofit, we make martial arts education accessible through scholarships and outreach programs that strengthen mind, body, and spirit. We also stand with local organizations that protect and uplift children affected by abuse, homelessness, and neglect, building a community where every child has the chance to grow, thrive, and succeed.

We donated $2,000 to The CPCA (The Center for the Prevention of Child Abuse) in Poughkeepsie. Founded in 1973, the CPCA is a private nonprofit 501(c)(3) organization that is dedicated to the reduction of child maltreatment. Visit CPCA

We raised $16,000.00 for the Ukraine relief foundation (RAZOM) on May 7, 2022 through our 8th annual Peace & Harmony Invitational Taekwondo Tournament.
Our 4th annual Kick-A-Thon was an amazing success!
We want to thank everyone for coming out and supporting this wonderful organization CPCA The center for prevention of child abuse.
We raised a ton of money more than years past! More than $9900 which is our biggest donation to date.
Again we could not have done this with out the help of all the children for their kicking to raise money, their family members who helped them to raise the money as well as volunteered to make this event such a success.
We would also like to thank the organizations who donated for our silent auction. We will take a quick break and start preparing for next years Kick-A-Thon.
